  • Digital India: A flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Digital India focuses on providing digital infrastructure, delivering services digitally, and enhancing digital literacy.
  • Startup India: Supporting the startup ecosystem by providing funding, mentorship, and policy support to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the IT and electronics sectors.
  • Make in India: Encouraging domestic manufacturing of electronics and IT products to reduce dependence on imports and boost local industry.
  • National Policy on Electronics (NPE): Aiming to create a globally competitive electronics design and manufacturing ecosystem in India. The policy focuses on developing a robust supply chain, promoting R&D, and attracting investment in the electronics sector.
  • Cybersecurity Initiatives: Implementing policies and frameworks to protect the nation's digital infrastructure and ensure the security of online transactions and data. This includes setting up the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) to respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  • E-Governance Projects: Launching various projects to digitize government services and make them accessible online. Initiatives like UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) and DigiLocker provide citizens with seamless access to a range of government services.
  • National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM): Aiming to make at least one person in every household digitally literate. This initiative focuses on providing digital literacy training to empower citizens to use digital technologies effectively.
